Vulkan Support Android

Hi.

I was wondering if there is an Android build that supports the Vulkan backend. I'm using and LG V20 with a snapdragon 820 and adrenal 530 running android 7 nougat, so I know for sure my phone is fully compatible with the Vulkan API
