Compatibility report statistics
In case anyone is interested, I pulled some quick reports:
https://github.com/unknownbrackets/ppssp...statistics If anyone is interested in more, I can probably pull them, it's all just in SQL. Overall it seems clear people with weaker devices use this feature the most, which isn't really surprising. Note: there are two "reporting" features. This is based on user compatibility feedback reports, e.g. with ratings. We also get error reports which aren't counted in these statistics. A note about scale: 0% = Bad, 50% = OK, 100% = Great. For playability: 0% = Doesn't Boot, 25% = Menu/Intro, 50% = Ingame, 75% = Playable, 100% = Perfect. -[Unknown] |

RE: Compatibility report statistics
"Most playable by GPU" ~ if someone ever asks the brilliant question about best gpu for ppsspp I will now know the answer. <3
But yeah soo true, when you don't have problems, you just completely don't feel like reporting it. http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=6594 - Custom PPSSPP Shaders! http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=3590&pid=117172#pid117172 - simple CE scripts to help creating CWCheats, https://github.com/LunaMoo/PPSSPP_workarounds - CWCheat workarounds. |

RE: Compatibility report statistics
To be fair, you see a few more modern devices when you look at specific games. Here's Crisis Core US, separated by GPU/driver:
Code: +---------+------------+----------------------------------+--------------+--------------+--------------+--------------+ I can build a simple API that returns playability based on your device for a specific list of game ids. I can also probably recommend settings based on your device (although we don't measure your host CPU clock speed), but would need to de-dup GPUs better and a lot would be missing for most games. Could also add functionality that would tell someone that the game has been reported - by someone - as Playable / Perfect with a similar device, when they report, and let them know it could be settings related or a bad disc. -[Unknown] |

RE: Compatibility report statistics
Would certainly be cool if people get some information back. Through compatibility changes between versions so if possible would be nice to limit it to just number of most recent reports, not all games will have enough reports for sure through, even less limiting it to particular hardware.
