Are these specs enough to run PPSSPP Gold Paid 60 FPS?

Hi there I'm obviously new here...So I purchased PPSSPP GOLD but haven't tried it yet, so that makes 2 paid emulators, this emulator and Drastic Paid version on my new smartphone,

Drastic runs fine on my new smartphone but I have to lower the settings like low res and 16 bit rendering and turning on high res automatically lags both sound and FPS in games I play.

Low graphics mode is fine with me I still get 60 fps. my old phone was rooted and over clocked to 1.2GHZ while my new phone is not rooted and clocked at 1GHZ.

I'm tech savvy and I found the thread to maximise performance on PPSSPP GOLD but still it doesn't answer my question I don't use my old phone anymore the charger port USB pin on the phone is damaged.

Also does this emulator support bluetooth external controller I really despise using touch screen...I have 3 bluetooth controllers I use with DraStic.

compared to my old phone specs: Zte blade q lux android 5.0.2 lollipop latest

System memory: 1024 MB RAM
