PPSSPP Does Not Work With New Shadowplay

Hello,

I've been struggling for a while to understand why my PPSSPP emulator wasn't working. Basically every time I run the executable I get a loading mouse icon and then nothing. I then realize the app is running in the background.

Strange, until I realized it was related to the new Nvidia Shadowplay (the one that allows you to share images using alt + z). I had to disable it to get it working. Oddly enough version 0.9 worked fine.
