I think I installed C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/MSVCR120.dll on my 64 bit server-- how do I correct this

Install from Microsoft's site. Just search for "visual studio redist". Anyway, the latest versions of PPSSPP don't require this anymore, anyway.
