PSP sound issues

hello so I have been trying to play tactics orge using the PSP/ windows emulation but I am having some issues
the game works for the most part but there are some pretty annoying sound problems

every time I make it full screen the sound just becomes like a slowed down jumbled mess
the same thing happens ever time u go to attack or pick a move till the end of your turn

I have tried a few games and I have this problem with most of them

only one of the games- final fantasy tactics.
I have tried and has been able to play in full screen with out sound issues
the sound will still mess up a little but it is easy to live with it-- compared to tactics ogre and some other games I have tried

if anyone knows whats going wrong
any help would be appreciated
