Start and Select read as unknown on the Razer Serval controller (Android)

I use a Razer Serval, which has two unknown buttons, Start and Select. Seeing as ePSXe fixes this somehow by binding Select as '314' and Start as '315'. In PPSSPP, it shows up as 'btn.??', meaning it could be used by both since both are unknown buttons.

There's a solution, and I hope PPSSPP could implement it out.

There's code that checks if the controller connected is a Razer Serval (just CTRL+F it out), and differentiates the Select and Start button so they can be read as 314 (Select) and 315 (Start) respectively even if they are unknown buttons.

Hopefully you guys can implement my suggestion and request. Thanks for PPSSPP! Runs blazing fast on my Note 5.
