This game is now playable.

There are some issues with the text, though. Note how the 調べる goes nutty when I turn off the minimap.

There are other actions that seem to mess up the text, but I don't know what they are yet.

1st game i found that will crash the atrac3+ plugin

seems 100% crash in the arena

using 64bit version of Atrac3 DLL in windows 7 64-bits

Right. Any battle with the arena battle background crashes after about 15 seconds. Turn off Atrac3+ to pass the mandatory battles with the rabbits and Hoffman.

Update to 0.9.6. This problem was fixed a few days ago.

Just cleared the game,no problems at all
Using PPSSPP on Windows 7 x64 SP1
i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM

The text displays fine so either the game is using psp font, or you're using some game breaking fan made patch(or both;p).
In first case you will have to dump original sony's font from your psp, it's illegal to distribute that font, so don't ask, for same reason ppsspp comes with free font which unfortunately looks incorrect in most games that do use it(not that many).
In second, just live with it until/if ever author of the patch fixes it or revert the patch/play unpatched original copy of the game.
