PPSSPP for Win8.1 [ SOLVED ]
Hello. It seems i can not install c++ visuals 2013 for my laptop. It says " You can not run this app on your PC". So it is clearly related to my windows8.1. And this means i cant run ppsspp because it always says MSVCP120.dll is missing. Is there a solution for me ? I really wanna play MHFU Sad How can i fix this?

Is this Windows RT 8.1 ? Because I'm running the normal 8.1 just fine.

As for RT, I think if you have an x86 processor you can fumble around in the system to get it to run as far as I know. I don't think anyone has ever tried to compile a Windows version for ARM though.

Yeah i found the solution it seems my chrome didnt download all the files i need so it is now working
