NET functionality?

Hello, I am the developer for PSPInstaller which is a homebrew application that allows user to automatically download homebrew to their PSP System's without the need of a computer (if you were not using PPSSPP mind )

I see that PPSSPP doesn't have net functionality yet, is this planned?

Also, if you need a catalog of homebrew, I can share with you my list of uploaded homebrew which is used by the PSPInstaller application.
