hello guys,i have download new ver ppsspp 9.9.1 but when i start the game,
it's crashed and i can't play any game...i have tried 2 ver 32-bit and 64-bit but not working...i can play on ppsspp 9.8 perfectly but when i change 9.9.1 i can't play any game...please help guys...

it's seem i can play when i use non buffered reading but it's crash when i use buffered reading...on the previous ver it's perfect run when buffered reading....help me guys...

What game is it happening with? Have you tried updating your video card drivers? What video card do you have?

all game i already tried and i already update my driver...my video card mobile intel 4 series express chipset family...on previous ver, i already finished many game..so it's imposible if my video card not supported...

It's very possible your driver is claiming to use a feature, but is crashing when we try to use it. A lot of the older Intel cards have problems.

If you haven't installed Windows 7 SP1, make sure to do so. Also, try to update the Intel graphics driver from Intel's website, not just Windows Update, if you haven't already.

Otherwise, your best bet is to go here:
http://buildbot.orphis.net/ppsspp/index.php?m=fulllist

And try older builds to find when it stopped working. The fast way is to go by halves: if v0.9.9 doesn't work, then there are around 1700 to try. So try v0.9.8-850 or so, and it that still doesn't work, try v0.9.8-400 or so. Doing this, you could narrow it down in about 10 tries.

Then, based on the change that started the problem for you, we could guess what we or your driver might be doing wrong.

i already update my graphic from intel website,update vc runtime 2013 but not working at all...
i tried other build and it's seem only build 9.9.1 working but latest build 9.9.1 don't work...
maybe latest build don't support anymore my graphic card anymore...
any solution guys...?

Like I said, if you can say which build specifically (examples: v0.9.9.1-266-g76d5f67 and v0.9.9.1-257-gd984800) last works, and which first doesn't work, then we might be able to determine why.

I have the exact same problem, same graphic card, all driver up to date from the intel site.

I was able to pinpoint the last WORKING build to v0.9.9.1-145-g140eb82 . All builds after that, you can start PPSSPP just fine but when trying to start an actual game it just crash.

By all builds, you mean v0.9.9.1-152-g413ea36 is the next one that doesn't work, right? If that's true, I think I might see the problem.

That is right, v0.9.9.1-152-g413ea36 is where the problem first appeared.

I just wanted to report that I can load games just fine now.

v0.9.9.1-273-g923c535 seems to be the commit that fixed it since v0.9.9.1-270-g43ce2a1 had the problem.
