What can I achieve with these specs?

Nvidia GeForce 7025 nforce 630a
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4600+ (2.4 GHz)
2048 GB RAM (1.87 used)

You can likely run all games that PPSSPP support at good speed, except God of War until we fix its strange performance issues...
