Please help, gmaepad support question

Hi,
I have one arcade stick and one joypad, both manufactured by Hori for PS3.

The arcade stick (Hori DOA5) work perfectly with ppsspp both 32and64 bit version.

But the joypad (hori pad3 wirelesss) does not be detected by the ppsspp unless I use x360ce with it. This joypad natively supported with many other emulators, and no need x360ce.
e.g. DeSmuME, PCSX2 and VisualboyAdvance

Anyone know the reason why the arcade can be supported directly but the joypad doesn't?

Is ppsspp not 100% compatible with DirectInput device. I hope that the joypad can be support natively, coz using x360ce, the joypad only work with the 32bit version of ppsspp but not the 64 bit version.
