X Button not working in game

What's up? Back again with yet another problem. My X button doesn't seem to be working on my keyboard nor my gamepad. It works fine when I'm going through menu and text but going selecting something while actually in game doesn't work. I tried resetting it back to default settings and then restoring key config to default but to no avail. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

On the System Tab, right at the bottom of the menu, have you got Confirmation button: Set as O, instead of X, if so swap them & see if that helps.
