I'm trying to play with a friend in the call of duty roads to victory but there is always a error socket error 111 to conecting 192.168.43.73/192.168.43.73:27312. I already tried this 192.168.43.1 but we can not find each other! What can I do?

Socket Error 111 on linux/android = Connection refused, means that either there is no server or the connection is blocked by firewall.
