latest build audio problem

hi! im trying to play some games on my windows PC using ppsspp. its fairly good for a gaming pc. i frequently update to the latest build but still no cure to my problem. always a problem with my audio. i don't know if its called "stuttering" but how i describe it is choppy and delayed which makes it really irritating esp when i play rhythm games like patapon. this really bothers me coz i've tried the game on my old asus transformer tf101 and it runs the games without any audio problem. :/ hope u guys can help.
