glitches blue ppsspp screen pls help!!

Photo glitches blue ppsspp screen pls help!!
my ppsspp v0.9.6 not work on my pc.
here is my pc information

processor: intel gma 3600 series (1.60) Ghz (32bit)
CPU: 4cpu
ram: 2GB
directX version: 11.0

what the problem is it just showing blue screen.but when im using ppsspp v0.8.1 it working perfect and when i try to install ppsspp v0.9.1 and v0.9.5 it have same problem as v0.9.6. so pls help me!!!

@ borken why you have to put a poll? that doesn't makes any sense lol

btw the GPU u using is the same as mine, so it should work fine.

Update the drivers of your GFX Card if Raimoo's solution didn't work for you.
