Slow on Galaxy Note 10.1

Hi!

After a long time one of my favorite anime's game is translated to English, that i ToraDora ( Link to it here, but didn't think before posting. )
I thought that I can use my Samsung Galaxy 10.1 (Note that it isn't the new 2014 ver.) to play it.
I started it up, intro works fine, menu and then comes the "game". The problem is that it goes from 100% to 65% with some sentences, and it's pretty annoying.
When I remove the text box, it works 100% no problem. But I can't understand Japanese, so that is pretty hard to play

I tried to follow this guide, but it doesn't seem to increase the fps

i love that anime.. i remember Taiga Aisaka.. heehee

its a visual novel right? (or whats it called? )
try Frameskip auto..
or check the 2 new features at the graphics settings.. Vertex Decoder JIt & Software skinning..

Frameskip is auto, but I can't seem to find Vertex Decoder JIt or Software skinning anywhere? I have the newest version.
