It's probably your Intel Graphics, seems like Atom N2600 doesn't support OpenGL 2.0 which is required to run the emulator.

But, i might be wrong (i hope i am), have a look at this thread to make sure, you can also try to update your Graphics driver and see if that helps. Smile

You are very welcome!
So i found this on google, and it said your intel atom N2600 supports up to OpenGL 3.0, so yeah looks like updating your driver would be the best solution. Smile

Just a heads up, while it should support up to OpenGL 3.0, the Integrated Graphics Chip on that CPU is PowerVR based, which is almost unheard of for a desktop graphics solution in this day and age, and may bring with it other complications when running PPSSPP on Windows.

AFAIK, only AMD, NVIDIA and native Intel Graphics Chipsets are accounted for PPSSPP on Windows (desktop platforms), I think. This maybe one of those edge cases that is highly dependent on the drivers.
PPSSPP Modern Testbed:-
Intel Core i5 4690K @ 4.0 GHz
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 760 2GB GDDR5 VRAM @ 1138/6500 Mhz
16 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1600 MHz
Windows 7 x64 SP1

PPSSPP Ancient Testing Rig:-
Intel Core 2 Duo T9550 @ 2.8GHz
ATI Mobility Radeon 4670 1GB GDDR3 VRAM @ 843/882 MHz
8 GB DDR3 RAM @ 1066 MHz
Windows 7 x64 SP1
