PPSSPP on vita?

Ok I know how this sounds, but I mean for the purpose of having all vita hardware at the disposal for psp emulation, I know that such hacks are just getting started on the vita, I am mainly bringing this up because of a cheat on KHBBS that renders the game at 60 FPS but it may not be stable or work properly on a psp, on a vita I cant see why it wouldnt

It does but doesn't that obly entitle to a small degree of the hardware? I'm talking full hardware access for purposes of hacking and further enhancements

We can't run code on Vita outside of it's own PSP emulator, so it's out of the question unfortunately.
