galaxy S4 Tekken 6 & Kingdom Hearts Settings

Hi! To be honest this is my first time using an emulator and im having a hard time understanding and blending the options just to get a great speed and no lag playing experience. Im using a samsung galaxy S4.

Does anyone had some ideas whats the best settings for me to run tekken 6 properly?.. at a 97% speed and up. Same goes with kingdom hearts. I hit 97 plus when its epilogue but when i fought amd hit keys. It started dropping into 67% maxed speed i reached so far for tekken 6 is 44%. Can someone guide me.. been reading threads for 3days now.. :/ help would really be much appreciated!
