You could easily tether a 6.1.3 but interesting. I believe a ios7 jailbreak will be out first.
How amazing would it be if Cydia decided to just quit jailbreaking and made it's own Mobile OS?

The iOS 7 untethered JB could be delayed because of the new 64-bit processor. Some vulnerabilities could have been patched you see.

I know. I have a post about that Wink hopefully they just release one for iPhones that have the 32bit before they go for the new one.
