Please help me out

I want to download the psp emulator on my windows vista pc but it keeps saying that MSVCP100.dll was not found but i install it for sure and i keep uninstalling and installing the emulator but it keeps giving the same message over and over again can anybody help this poor fellow ?

First, there's no reason to use a font that large. Second, scroll down the faq found here http://www.ppsspp.org/faq.html
to the part about PPSSPP not starting in windows and try doing what it says.
