Full screen glitch

Hi guys, i have a very strange problem...
PPSSPP (0.9.1 or 0.8.1) works well when windowed but when i go to full screen the emulator show graphic problems (the screen flashes). This problem occurs in the emulator menu and even while playing games.
I use windows 7 64 bit... sorry for bad english.

Download the latest version of psspp here:

If that didn't fixed your problem, try installing the newest driver for your graphics card.

Done but the problem persist.
