Settings for each game?

Hello,
With the new interface I thought that the settings were specific for each game. Instead it seems to me that the settings are common as the old UI.
If it's so, is not possible to have have settings for each game?
I think it would be very useful to test and optimize every game, without making changes every time you load a game.

Yeah, didn't have time for this, just switching to and polishing up the new UI took so much effort.
