So I decided to try and get the highest speed in any game using the lowest settings possible and the smallest window. I got 27000%.

It's crazy. 100% is the full speed, 27,000% is an Hyper Turbo.

if my phone can get that ridiculous speed...that really impossible for my hardware.i even can't get fullspeed for some of my games,if just some good speed coming in 0.9,also I hope direct x being implement in 0.9.5 or 1.0,i don't see why they can't anyways.compability has rise since first release also bug has been decreased a lot(not to mention what bug will occur if direct x got impement),honestly I like direct x more than opengl,since it has better compability among window system.

He didn't mention what is running(game\homebrew).
If it's still screen with nothing moving and if he have powerful pc,then why not.

On Mimana Iyar Chronicle for example,on the first screen where it says "The system file has been loaded",I can easily get ~2500% and if I set the frame skipping to 8,then it becomes ~4500%

Yeah it was just a title screen lol. The most I've gotten in game was a little over 2000%.
