i managed to get it with the steam interface but how do i fix the controls so that i can take screenshots with steam instead of it toggling full screen?

Why do you want to use Steam to get PPSSPP ?
This is so much more simple to download the latest version of PPSSPP here...

jk. On the serious note, perhaps some people just want to make Steam into all-in-one (which means run whatever game from Steam).

Wouldn't that require having ppsspp officially on steam?(sorry I don't know much about steam)

I dont Know how you take screenahots with stram, but I doubt that the drvs will remap the buttons only cause you.want to use ppsspp with steam.

you can always change steam's screenshot key in settings ->ingame->screenshot shortcut key

The standard steam screenshot button is F2 i believe
