Guys,with a simple google search you would see that he is talking about the newly released service by google for android market which is supposed to mimic apple's game center.Some games already have optimization for this service which brings leaderboards,google+ sync,multiplayer support and other such features.
I'll leave this topic open for suggestions and such but I personally think that ppsspp is way to young app to include this service now.
