PPSSPP won't start :(

Fresh install, checked properties and I have access to it so idk whats going on, I have Windows 7

Generally it is a bad idea to install emulators and even some games to Windows deafault directories. I would drlete the PPSSPP folder and install it somewhere else like C:\emulators\{insert PPSSPP folder here} or other places that are not a folder that windows has made.

Reinstalled into documents folder and I'm still getting the error when I try starting it

Documents folder is still a Win default folder. Either try running it as admin, or really install it on something like Silver said.

Also. What OS is that?

Just make a folder on the C Drive called emulators and install in there.

Just open PPSSPP as admin.

Not everyone is admin on the computer they use for emulation. It could be a computer that is shared among others or they might be doing proper computer safty and not running everything as an admin account on the computer.

Like shadow said install it into a directory like c:\games\ppsspp tbh even on c it could still give the same error.Windows 7 has really bad security settings win 10 is worst and really not gonna explain how to take ownership .
