When My Phone Is Not Rooted I Play MHFU It Runs 10FPS Only And 35FPS At His House

But After I Root My Samsung Galaxy Mini II It Runs 15FPS And 40+ In My Players House I Think Rooting Phone Adds +5 To FPS Base On My Observation

There was another person who rooted his galaxy s3 and a game stopped working.You might have to erase your sdcard and reinstall ppsspp,can you do that?

Your phone is a low end one, is natural that you'd get low vps on it, so there's not much you can do about it, you may want to search around the forums though, someone might have some tips or so.

When you rooted, you may have also overclocked it. That could explain the increase in VPS.
