Danball senki W black screen

when i go into the ventilation shaft to unlock the door i have black screen with Now loading which is loading very long
can you help me please?

It did seem to help. I havent played since Tuesday, but I dont get the boot as the game is loading. I mean where you almost get into the game and then you get the "game disconnect" message red banner at the bottom? Or the long wait with nothing but the black screen
