Tekken 6 Lag, LAN Multiplayer on 2 Android Device

Does anyone have the same problem?
When I play tekken 6 now with my brother on our phones through LAN multiplayer with hotspot we experienced severe lag, the game connects and everything works, just when we get to battle the lag kicks in.
It used to work perfectly long time ago when our phones are still kinda bad (my phone was oppo a37 running android 5, and now is redmi note 10s running android 11) don't remember what version of ppsspp was back then. It was clearly not an fps problem because the game runs smoothly 60 fps singleplayer.
No, I dont use any cheats/hack/texture pack applied. I have tried every tutorial and nothing seems to work, I dont't know where the problem is, the game setting, our phone, or the version of ppsspp. Also, we only tried ontekken 6 so dunno on other games.
