Can I change the location of my Memory stick folder to my external hard drive?

I don't have an existing PPSSPP file on my internal storage, when I click on "show memory stick folder" in ppsspp settings it automatically creates a new one in my internal storage. It doesn't let me select where I want to put my memory stick folder.

I am using PPSSPP on windows.

Yes you can

You can do this by PPSSPP Settings -> System -> PSP Memory Stick -> "Save path in installed.txt"

This will show a window pop-up for you to browse on where you want to put your memory stick folder

After that, you can copy and paste your previous memory stick folder to your new folder location
