Converting game into ISO file

Hi!

I just learned about PPSSPP's existence, and I have a question. I have two PSP games but I do not own a PSP. So do I make ISO files off of them?

Is there somewhere a piece of hardware that functions the same way as an external DVD player but for PSP games?

As far as I understand - no(there was this, but it's status is unknown and it can't possibly be viable bussiness, so I doubt it will ever happen), so you will need a real PSP or someone in your local area with one(and it has to have a working UMD drive as well as a CFW installed).

There are also digital versions of many games, not sure if it's still possible to buy those as I thought it was discontinued on all platforms, but weirdly saw some videos about it still being a thing, but even if, it would require at least a PSVita as a PS Store no longer works on PSP.
