Hi people :3
I was looking at the PPSSPP Ini File and i found this line:
WlanAdhocChannel = 0
and It left a doubt in my mind:
¿if i change that 0 for 1, can i play with other people using a LAN Simulator like Hamachi?

No, the string only indicates that your Wifi switch is off. Some games will crash if they reach a point and check if its on and find that it actualy is and start executing code that is not yet compatible with PPSSPP.
