PPSSPP v1.13.2 SoftLock Full Screen PC

Hello! I am using PPSSPP v1.13.2, and I have an issue. When accidentally double clicking inside the window, it will go into full screen. At this point, the emulator will cause a soft lock on the pc; the game will still run, but the PC won't respond to any commands, only a full hold of the powerbutton.

ALT+F4 Doesn't work
Control Alt Delete Doesn't work
the cursor doesn't work
Pushing the power button doesn't work
Holding the power button works.

It's very frustrating. I have tried updating my pc as far as I can.

My hardware is:
NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX-2060
ASUS Prime Z-270-A (I know it's old, but it runs everything else fine!)
Intel i7 7700K High Performance (Also old, but it still runs everything else fine!)

NVIDIA Control Panel and software up to date
I don't use the Game Ready Driver or Studio Driver for Nvidia

Intel Drivers up to date.

Try switching graphics backends (i.e. try Vulkan or Direct3D 11 or OpenGL, whatever you're not using currently preferring the order I listed them in.) I used to get this with an older NVIDIA driver but an update fixed it.
