XBOX One Controller "B" Button Glitches out / Stops Working

This is the oddest thing, I have an xbox one controller that works perfectly fine in everything else I use it for including other emulators, but in PPSSPP I will have moments where the "B" button just simply refuses to respond in the emulator. What's strange is that it will work sometimes, and then shut off again for a while during gameplay, and then start working properly again. First time it's ever happened to me, but I recently installed windows again and redownloaded all my emulators and this is the only issue I am having. Any help appreciated! thank you.
