DLC Problems with MMPU

I'm sure I looked into so many forums about DLC problems and how to fix it. But I'm still confused on the fact of how I can properly install DLC to my Mega Man Powered Up game, and have it read the DLC properly. I did my best to know how to manage save data and it's fixed. But as a Chromebook user, DLC is something I still struggle with. Is there any way I can try to get my game to find the DLC?
