Cheats not appearing in Menu

I am trying to add cheats for ULUS10582 (Naruto Ninja Impact)

Currently, I already have the cheat file ULUS10582.ini under Storage/PSP/Cheats

I also tried removing the file, let ppsspp auto generate an empty cheat in the same location, and later replaced it.

But still the cheats won't show up in the cheats option.

The cheats are basically below, but longer.

Note that the same cheats works on my other android , it's just this android that is not working

Instead of _C1 it should be _C0 in your cheat code in order to appear

Let generate an empty cheat in the same location, and later replaced it.
