speed issues

alright so every single time I tabbed out and in again, the speed goes to 5X

worst part-- I cant find where to turn it back to normal again. Donno if this is a bug or I pressed the wrong button.

Did you set your hotkeys.
Esc=>Controls=>Key Mapping=>keyboard(or the device you use)=>enable the "Mapping Active"=>configure "Unthrottle" and "SpeedToggle"

F3 is used to switch save state slots
