ppsspp on my pc

I have a problem with ppsspp on my computer
when i launch it , it says "Ppsspp has stopped working " i don't know what the problem is cause i want to try it on my computer (all my other phone are slow )

my pc
windows 8 (32 bit ) but changed it to 64 bit
Pentium® Dual-core CPU E5500 @ 2.80GHz 2.80GHz
2.00GB

Unfortunately, Intel video cards are not well supported right now. They don't have the necessary OpenGL support.

At some point in the future a Direct3D engine may be written which might work better on Intel cards.

I been desperately waiting to play kingdom hearts bbs on the pc or on the android but both systems seem to always give me a black screen, i can hear the game but i cant see the screen ..any ideas or suggestions why ????

Unfortunately, that game doesn't work correctly yet. It's not you, everyone sees what you're seeing with that game.
