Android Screen Cast

I'm curious if this is possible with PPSSPP. With some other emulators, when I am sharing my Android to my TV via WiFi direct, I am able set the phone to be black and have the controls visible and the game as on the second screen with no controls visible. When I try here I end up with the game and on screen controls on both screens. Is there anyway to change that setting?
