Sonic Rivals 2
#16
Whatever the issue is, it's most likely to share the same thing with its older release 'Sonic Rivals' and both of them are suffering from the over-brightness issue.

It seems to be working now.
Lighting is fine and no noticeable slowdown.

What are the best settings for this game? I'm playing through .iso format on latest stable build of PPSSPP. I'm not sure about my settings as I changed settings for DBZ TTT to play fine. The problem is that this game shows black screen during races but works perfect at menu and other options. My specs:
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate x32
Processor/CPU: Pentium® Dual-Core CPU E5300 @ 2.60 GHz
Video Card/GPU: Intel® G33/G31 Express Chipset Family
Memory/RAM: 1.00 GB

Pretty much same as the one I posted for previous game, so it's a bit copy and paste except addresses;p ~:
Code:
_S ULES-00940 _G Sonic Rivals 2 _C0 Disable added colors _L 0xE003FFFF 0x00169084 _L 0x20169084 0x0000C821 _L 0x20169088 0x2442FF88 _L 0x2000BCD0 0x00005021
This should fix graphics without using the proper, but slow rendering.

To use, disable slower effects in ppsspp graphic settings, activate the cheat and restart emulation.
Note that cheats refreshing rate matters for this one since it patches things that get used at game boot, default 77ms works great. No disable code for same reason, so restart will be needed to properly disable the cheat as well.

Just in case ~ for people that are new to using cheats:
- follow guide from this post,
- make sure you activate the cheat inside cheat menu(should be a tick near the cheat name).

Edit: similar to the first game, slightly different version of fps code.
Code:
_C0 60 fps _L 0xE0010018 0x0000B1D8 _L 0x2000B1D8 0x340B0001 _C0 60 fps [Disable] _L 0x2000B1D8 0x8E0B0018
