PPSSPP Speed went Wacko'

This might be weird of me to ask but how do I slow down the emulator back to normal? Yesterday, I decided to revisit Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep, so I installed PPSSPP on my laptop and everything was dandy I was running at 4x resolution with anti-aliasing. I was at the part where Ventus was waking up before Terra
left when I did a save state. It sped it up to 200%-300% which made the game unplayable. It returned back to normal speed after I restarted the emulator, but as soon as I loaded up my save state it went turbo again. My only way to fix this is to restart the emulator and hope the game doesn't crash before I save in-game. Either that or I just crank up the resolutionto 5x which jumbled up the audio a lot and even if the speed is at 100% the frame rate is at like 20.
Any help?

See if you have Unthrottle, Speed Toggle, or Alt Speed 1/Alt Speed 2 toggled on.
They're located in Settings > Controls > Control Mapping

Thanks! The game works great, though I had to reset all the settings for it to work at first.
