Jeanne d'arc problem

So I just downloaded ppsspp and tried to play Jeanne d'arc in my Android yesterday. The game was smooth actually but the problem was that whenever I use a skill for the first time the game will not respond. I also tried not to use jeanne skill in dorenmy arc but after the dialogue the game just keeps on loading and I didn't even get to play the 3rd chapter. Is this some kind of bug? btw. my device is vivo y69 it has a good specs and the android version is nougat. Thanks for the respond. I really like the game.
