Help! Error when using on Windows XPand Something else

Okay so I have a windows xp in my house and i use it when everyone else is using all the other 3 Computers that run windows 10 and work with PPSSPP. So, about the windows XP I have this error when I use PPSSPP, its not when launching, launching the thing is fine it works but when i click a game or like play a game it just shows this error message which I have included. I clicked cick here so i got these things.
The other problem that i Have ppsspp on my usb. The problem with that is that the saves arent there any more and I even changed the save thing to installed.txt but i dont think that fixed anything because when i move to another computer all my saves are gone (not the .ISO's tho cuz theyre on the USB). I have a PPSSPP file im my documents andmaybe i have to copy and paste that but i am afraid it will screw things up or something.

BTW Windows XP was/is the best. Hope You can Help me.
