plz help controller wont map right

i got this hori minipad, everything working fine for all games and emulators.

No clue why but ppsspp just refuses to recognize my analog's left,right, or up, yet has no problem recognizing down, also will not recognize any of my c buttons.

Like i said, this is the only place this seems to occur, on all my other emus and games, the c buttons, and analog map no problem.
