Android Box Issue

Hello I have been trying to use PPSSPP on my android box but every time I try to open an ISO I get a black screen and then the APP exits and says "PPSSPP has stopped"

My box is Mecool M8s Pro and its running a custom firmware based on TVStock Nexus ROM Android 7.1

Specs:
Processor: Amlogic S912
CPU: ARM Cortex-A53
Core: 1.5GHz,Octa Core
GPU: ARM Mali-T820MP3
RAM: 3G RAM
RAM Type: DDR4

ISOs that I am trying both work on my Samsung Galaxy S8.

Any help is appreciated.

This is happening on the latest version from the play store.

When I use the the latest dev build it refuses to open and crashes immediately and I get the same error.
