Try AntiMicro graphical program used to map keyboard keys and mouse controls to a gamepad/controller.

There is no such thing as direct emulation. Just emulation. The Original PSP does not have the hardware to run PPSSPP. It could be possible on the PS Vita as there is some type of software emulation already on that device for running PSP games IIRC.
