Help me setting my ppsspp

Hi, recently im playing monster hunter portable 3rd on my android.
But im very confuse with the setting.

I've done some research on google and youtube about how to setting ppsspp for best speed and clear audio.
But still not found the right setting, sometimes i got smooth gameplay but chopped audio, sometimes the graphics run smoth and the audio pretty clear but the fps and speed goes up and down.

Im not looking for the best setting to make my game perfect. I just need normal speed, no lag and stable fps and speed(not up and drop)

By the way my android spec is
Quard core 1.7ghz
Ram 2gb
Lolipop android
And use ppsspp v1.4.2
Screen resolution 1080p
